Wholesale Orders: We offer predictable flat-rate shipping for our retail partners starting at $12.00 per case. Orders of 3 or more cases qualify for FREE shipping. We use Canada’s leading couriers for all shipments to guarantee reliable service. Every order is assigned a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep. For added peace of mind, all shipments include insurance for up to $100.00.

We strive to get your products to you as fast as possible. Once processed, trackable shipments within Canada typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that transit times may vary slightly depending on your province or unusual weather conditions. We offer a full refund if your product arrives damaged, expired, or with a compromised tamper seal. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to qualify.

Important Note on Payment Terms 1. Payment Deadlines & Early Payment Incentive For all NET 10 and NET 30 accounts, the "due date" refers to the date by which payment must be received and cleared in our account. Early Payment Discount: For NET 30 accounts, a 2% discount may be deducted from the invoice total if payment is received and cleared within 15 days of the invoice date. Standard Terms: Otherwise, the full balance is due by the 10th or 30th day respectively. We recommend initiating transfers 3–5 business days prior to the deadline to ensure your account remains in good standing. 2. Late Payments & Interest Payments not received and cleared by the due date are subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month (24% per annum). Please note that interest is calculated on the outstanding balance starting from the day following the due date. To maintain your credit terms and avoid potential service interruptions, please ensure timely payment initiation. 3. Returned Funds (NSF) A fee of $25.00 will be assessed for any returned checks or failed electronic payments due to non-sufficient funds (NSF).
