Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription and can cancel at any time.
How to cancel:
1. Log in to your account at rivetingnaturals.ca.(http://rivetingnaturals.ca)
2. Navigate to "My Subscriptions" within your member profile.
3. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Important Note: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, please ensure you cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will take effect starting with the following shipment.
At Riveting Naturals, we ensure your Certified Organic Monk fruit products reach you quickly and securely with simple, transparent pricing:
• Retail Orders: Enjoy a $4.99 Canada-Wide Flat Rate for single bottles. To help you save, shipping is FREE on all orders over $45 (Buy 2 bottles and ship for free!).
• Wholesale Orders: We offer predictable flat-rate shipping for our retail partners starting at $12.00 per case. Orders of 3 or more cases qualify for FREE shipping.
We use Canada’s leading couriers for all shipments to guarantee reliable service. Every order is assigned a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey from our facility to your doorstep. For added peace of mind, all shipments include insurance for up to $100.00.
We strive to get your products to you as fast as possible. Once processed, trackable shipments within Canada typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Please note that transit times may vary slightly depending on your province or unusual weather conditions. Our goal is to make your daily routine riveting again by providing reliable and efficient service every time you order.
If your tracking information shows no movement or the package is significantly delayed, please contact us immediately via the website chat or our contact form. Please have your order number and tracking link ready so our team can investigate with the courier and ensure you receive your products as quickly as possible.
Important Note on Payment Terms
For all NET 10 and NET 30 accounts, the "due date" refers to the date by which payment must be received and cleared in our account. To ensure your account remains in good standing and to avoid potential service interruptions, please initiate your transfer or payment 3–5 business days prior to the 10th or 30th day.
Late Payments & Interest
Payments not received and cleared by the due date (10th or 30th day respectively) are subject to a late payment fee of 2% per month (24% per annum), calculated from the date of the invoice.
We value our partnership with you; to maintain your credit terms and avoid service interruptions, please ensure your payment is initiated with sufficient time to reach us by the deadline.

Payments can be made securely online through the Riveting Naturals B2B Member Portal or via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to: contact@rivetingnaturals.ca.(mailto:contact@rivetingnaturals.ca)
Please include your Invoice Number in the EFT message/reference field to ensure your payment is applied correctly to your account.
